Cuando la Junta tenga noticia de que existen bienes que deben pertenecer al Montepío Militar, según el inciso 3.° del artículo 2.° de la Ley 153 de 189t, acordará desde luego el modo de adquirirlos; y si fuere necesario nombrará un apoderado especial que gestione la adquisición, yá pagándole honorarios fijos, yá una cuota, parta del valor de los bienes que se adquieran. La Junta dictará las medidas del caso, directamente ó por conducto del Gobierno, para que se preste auxilio á las autoridades del país, Cuando lo haya menester en el asunto de que se trata.
