Con sujeción al artículo 22o. del presente Capítulo, la Asamblea de Partes y la Junta de Signatarios tomarán nota, y darán debida y adecuada consideración, a toda resolución, recomendación o providencias tomadas, o punto de vista expresado, por otro de estos órganos actuando en el cumplimiento de las responsabilidades y ejercicio de las funciones que les atribuye el Acuerdo Constitutivo y el Acuerdo Operativo.
