Artículo décimo. Por los servicios que preste la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, en la importación de azúcar, y como cuota correspondiente a los gastos generales de la Institución, se le reconocerá el dos por ciento (2%) sobre el precio de venta del azúcar.
