Periodicidad del IFN. Para el ciclo inicial de línea base del IFN, se establece una duración de cinco (5) años, contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente sección.

Posteriormente, el IFN se implementará en ciclos quinquenales, mediante levantamientos anuales, en los cuales se procederá a hacer nuevas mediciones en el veinte por ciento (20%) de las unidades de muestreo.

Los reportes de resultados consolidados del IFN se presentarán dentro del año siguiente a la finalización de cada ciclo de implementación. Adicionalmente, se podrán generar reportes anuales con la información disponible.
