Articulo 2 . Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior se entiende por calificación el análisis de los factores y el otorgamiento del correspondiente puntaje para la clasificación, qua a su vez consiste en la determinación, de acuerdo con la suma total del puntaje, de si hay lugar o no a que el solicitante sea registrado como proponente.
