Se tendrá como incluido en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia económica actual, el crédito de doce mil seiscientos noventa y dos pesos ochenta y cinco centavos ($ 12,692-85) para pagar á la " Compañía de navegacion por vapor en el Pacífico " lo que le adeuda el Tesoro nacional, proveniente de subvenciones, servicios prestados é intereses causados por demoras en el pago de la deuda, segun consta de las partidas A, B, C, D, E y F del artículo 1.º del contrato de esta ley.
