Cierre de instituciones. Cuando el representante legal o propietario de la institución privada de educación para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano decida el cierre definitivo de la institución, deberá comunicarlo a la secretaría de educación que le otorgó el registro, indicando la fecha prevista para el cierre y los mecanismos que adoptará para garantizar a los estudiantes matriculados, la culminación de los programas que vienen cursando y pondrá a su disposición los archivos académicos correspondientes para todos los efectos a que haya lugar.
