Art. 375. El nombre de cada buque i el del puerto a que pertenezca, se inscribirán en la popa con letras de diez i seis centímetros de largo, por lo ménos, bien marcadas i visibles. El dueño o dueños de un buque que no cumplan esta disposicion, pagarán cincuenta pesos de multa, la cual hará efectiva el funcionario de rejistro del puerto a que corresponda el buque.
