Decreto 1091 de 2025 · por el cual se adiciona la Sección 10 al Capítulo ·2, Titulo III, Parte 2, Libro 2, al Decreto número 1073 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Minas y Energía, en lo relacionado con los lineamientos de política pública para la contratación a largo plazo de proyectos de generación, almacenamiento, transmisión, distribución, y otros servicios relacionados con el servicio de energía eléctrica y se dictan otras disposiciones.
