Articulo duodécimo. Las decisiones de asamblea general se adoptarán por simple mayoría de votos, salvo que los estatutos fijen mayorías superiores. Las decisiones sobre la disolución y liquidación y reforma de estatutos, requerirán el voto favorable de por lo menos el setenta por ciento (70%) de los asociados presentes en la asamblea.
