La reserva de segunda clase de Suboficiales del Ejército está constituida por los profesionales sin título universitario, empleados , técnicos y trabajadores que, en caso de movilización , pueden ser aprovechados por el Ejército en calidad de Suboficiales del Cuerpo Logístico siempre que tengan menos de sesenta (60) años de edad y sean sicofísicamente aptos.
