LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.6.3.4.1. Solicitudes actuales. Las solicitudes presentadas con anterioridad al 16 de octubre de 2014 solo serán tenidas en cuenta respecto de aquellas notarías que a la fecha se encuentren vacantes de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 2.2.6.3.2.3 del presente capítulo.

En todo caso para efectos de determinar la prelación entre las solicitudes se dará aplicación a lo establecido en el artículo 2.2.6.3.3.4., del presente decreto.
