Articulación de programas y proyectos entre las Entidades Científicas vinculadas al Ministerio del Medio Ambiente. El Invemar coordinará actividades y cooperará con las demás Entidades Científicas vinculadas al Ministerio del Medio Ambiente de tal forma que, en los programas y proyectos estratégicos que adelanten, en los cuales se realicen actividades correspondientes a una función o atribución que corresponda a otra entidad, cuenten necesariamente con ella; para ello participará en el Comité Científico Interinstitucional creado para tal efecto.
