Art. 4.º Los Presidentes ó Gobernadores de los Estados, dentro del menor término posible, pasarán al Poder Ejecutivo nacional una relacion de las fincas rematadas en el Estado donde ejerzan su autoridad y de las cantidades consignadas por los rematadores en las Oficinas de Hacienda.
