ENTIDADES EXCLUIDAS. Se excluye del presente régimen concursal las sociedades sujetas al régimen de liquidación forzosa administrativa, así como todas aquéllas que tengan un régimen especial de recuperación o liquidación. Las empresas industriales y comerciales del estado y las sociedades de economía mixta, podrán antes de su liquidación administrativa, tramitar un concordato, en los términos de la presente Ley.
