Inversiones. En desarrollo de lo previsto en el artículo 100 de la Ley 100 de 1993, las condiciones y límites de la inversión de los recursos provenientes de los planes alternativos serán aprobadas individualmente en cada caso por la Superintendencia Bancaria, tomando en consideración el nivel de riesgo asociado a cada plan.
