Destínase la suma de mil pesos mensuales para cada, una de las secciones de que trata el artículo anterior.

Desde que se dé principio a los trabajos por cuenta de la Nación, en las vías expresadas, quedarán retiradas las subvenciones del Tesoro Nacional que les hayan sido decretadas por leyes anteriores.
