°. Modificación del artículo 12 del Decreto número 2500 de 2010 . El artículo 12 del Decreto número 2500 de 2010 quedará así: “Artículo 12. Vigencia. El presente decreto transitorio rige a partir de su publicación y sus disposiciones serán aplicables, incluso, cuando se expida la norma que traslade la administración de la educación a los pueblos indígenas. En este último caso, el presente Decreto regirá exclusivamente la contratación de la administración de la atención educativa que requieran celebrar las entidades territoriales certificadas en educación con los cabildos, autoridades tradicionales indígenas, asociación de autoridades tradicionales indígenas y organizaciones indígenas.”.
