PROHIBICIÓN DE CAPTAR Y EJERCER ACTIVIDADES FINANCIERAS. En los términos y para los efectos del Decreto 2920 de 1982 las instituciones cooperativas no contempladas en el presente Decreto como autorizadas para ejercer la actividad financiera, los fondos de empleados y las asociaciones mutualistas, no podrán ejercer dicha actividad ni realizar captaciones del público en forma masiva y habitual.
