Las ligas o asociaciones de radioaficionados registradas ante la Dirección Administrativa de Comunicación Social del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, deberán enviar dentro de los primeros tres (3) meses de cada ano, una relación actualizada de sus miembros, donde consten el nombre, fecha de la licencia de radioaficionado y número del carnet, sus respectivos distintivos de llamadas, el número de documento de identificación y lugar de su residencia.
