Art. 3.° Las Oficinas nacionales de recaudación remitirán mensualmente al Banco Nacional el diez por ciento (10%) de lo que recauden en billetes de dicho Banco de diez y de veinte centavos ($ 0,10 y 0,20), y este valor será amortizado definitivamente por el Banco abonado su importe á la cuenta de lo que el Gobierno nacional debe á dicho Establecimiento.
