Los Oficiales que al entrar en vigencia la Ley 75 de 1925, figuraban como en comisión en otros ramos distintos del de Guaira, y que legalmente no pueden ser considerados como Oficiales de actividad según los artícelos l y 2 de dicha Ley, tendrán derecho a que se les devuelva el valor de las cuotas mensuales que hubieren consignado en la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro, pero sin bonificación de intereses.
