Artículo tercero. El Superintendente Bancario, a fin de resolver las peticiones que en tal sentido le formulen los Almacenes Generales de Depósito, cuando éstas se refieran a operaciones de conservación o transformación de productos agropecuarios, podrá solicitar el concepto técnico del Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario-I-DEMA.
