Art. 7° Cuando por cualquiera causa faltaren los representantes antedichos, se adoptara la tramitación que para los demandados ausentes señalan los artículos 25 y 27 de a Ley 105 de 1890 , sin perjuicio de lo estipulado a este último artículo el edicto se públicara en periódico del Departamento, si lo hubiere, y en el Díario Oficial de la Nación.
