° Los Jueces Territoriales serán designados por el Gobierno, para períodos de un año, que comenzarán a contarse el primero de agosto de cada año. Cada Juez tendrá un Secretario, de su libre nombramiento y remoción. Las asignaciones del Juez y del Secretario serán las que figuren en el respectivo acuerdo o decreto de asignaciones civiles.
