De la competencia especial. Se entiende por competencia especial del candidato el conjunto de calidades especiales que en él pueden ser apreciados por razón de factores distintos a la escolaridad y la experiencia, como son entre otras, la autoría de publicaciones científicas o académicas, la pertenencia a asociaciones de orden científico y la participación en congresos o seminarios internacionales.
