Atención al usuario . La Unidad Administrativa Especial Liquidadora de Asuntos del instituto de Crédito Territorial, ICT, designará un responsable del área de atención al usuario, de recibir y atender las quejas y reclamos que se produzcan en desarrollo de sus funciones, de garantizar que se resuelvan oportunamente por parte de las instancias responsables y de coordinar con el INURBE la atención de las de su competencia.
