°. Establecer un gravamen arancelario del cinco por ciento (5%), para la importación de atunes clasificados por las subpartidas 0303.41.00.00, 0303.42.00.00, 0303.43.00.00 y 0303.44.00.00.

Parágrafo

El gravamen establecido en el presente artículo tendrá vigencia hasta 31 de diciembre de 2009. Vencido este término se restablecerá el gravamen arancelario vigente en el Decreto 4589 de 2006.
