Los usos y costumbres a que la ley se refiere en ciertos casos, se comprueban con el dicho de siete testigos hábiles que afirmen su existencia dando la razón de su testimonio con expresión de los varios casos determinados y distintos de que tienen conocimiento, de suerte que el Juez pueda deducir, sin lugar a duda la existencia del uso o la costumbre.
