Articulo 152 . Los propietarios que transfieren sus predios cuando la ejecución del programa así lo requiera, tienen derecho preferente para readquirir los inmuebles remodelados (lotes o edificaciones) pero en igualdad de condiciones se preferirá a quienes los transfieren voluntariamente.
