Artículo tercero. El fideicomisario reintegrará al Gobierno Nacional el valor de los intereses correspondientes a los cupones que de acuerdo con el artículo 8° de la Ley 58 de 1918 hayan prescrito, así como el de los intereses de los cupones que no sean entregados a los beneficiarios al hacer los ajustes de que trata el artículo anterior.
