No podrán canalizarse a través del mercado cambiario sumas superiores o inferiores a las efectivamente recibidas, ni efectuarse giros por montos diferentes a las obligaciones con el exterior.

Podrán canalizarse a través del mercado cambiario sumas diferentes al valor de las operaciones de cambio obligatoriamente canalizables, siempre y cuando estas diferencias se presenten por causas justificadas.
