La censura escrita y pública se aplicará mediante la lectura de la decisión en sala plena del Tribunal, y será fijada en lugar visible de los tribunales por diez (10) días hábiles y publicada en la Revista de la Federación Odontológica Colombiana o boletines seccionales. Copia de este acto debe ser enviada al Ministerio de Salud.
