Presupuestación. Con el fin de dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículos 34 y 72 del Decreto-ley 1421 de 1993 y en el presente capítulo, el Distrito Capital deberá incluir en su Presupuesto General las partidas necesarias para realizar la afiliación al régimen contributivo del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud de los concejales y ediles.
