ARTICULO 3.8.2.10.- RETIRO DE LA CONTRIBUCION DE LA EMPRESA. Salvo el caso de retiro del Fondo Mutuo de Inversión, el tenedor de una libreta de ahorro e inversión no podrá retirar las sumas correspondientes a la contribución de la empresa que le hayan sido abonadas durante los tres primeros años de su permanencia en el mismo.
