Artículo único. Créase el puesto de Habilitado de la segunda sección de trazado del ferrocarril central de Bolívar, con la asignación de $ 200 mensuales, y nómbrase para desempeñarlo al señor Luis F. Torres, quien antes de posesionarse deberá otorgar fianza por la cuantía que fije el Ingeniero Jefe de la empresa y a satisfacción de éste. Comuníquese y publíquese.
