Art. 1320. El heredero beneficiario que opusiere a una demanda la escepción de estar ya consumidos en el pago de deudas i cargas los bienes hereditarios o la porción de ellos que le hubiere cabido, deberá probarlo presentando a los demandantes una cuenta esacta i en lo posible documentada de todas las inversiones que haya hecho.
