Art. 53. Los rematadores tienen el deber de verificar los pagos en los lugares que determine el contrato ó en los plazos estipulados en él; y de no verificarlo así, la Junta Directiva podrá declarar resuelto el contrato de arrendamiento, sin perjuicio de la acción ejecutiva, de conformidad con el artículo 38.
