El Gerente General de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar y de Policía, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo 3º del presente decreto, mediante acto administrativo y ubicará al personal teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, las necesidades del servicio, los planes y programas de la empresa.
