Art. 40. Los únicos artículos de prohibido tránsito por el puerto terrestre de Cúcuta i por los francos del Istmo de Panamá, son : la moneda falsa i el gas nitro–glicerina.

Respecto del primero de estos artículos se procederá como lo dispone el inciso 1.° del artículo 39 de este Código.

De las formalidades que deben llenarse en los puertos de la procedencia.
