º Las nuevas operaciones de crédito que efectúen las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito no estarán sujetas a las limitaciones establecidas con respecto a las tasas máximas de interés señaladas por el Decreto 1598 de 1963. En consecuencia, podrán cobrar en estas operaciones intereses iguales a los previstos en el literal b) del artículo anterior.
