º De conformidad con lo prescrito en el artículo 5º del Decreto legislativo 1856 de 1989, le corresponde al propietario demostrar que los bienes ocupados o decomisados no proceden de actividad ilícita ni fueron utilizados en la comisión de un delito, lo cual deberá acreditarse dentro del término de que trata el artículo 3º del presente Decreto.
