Artículo cincuenta y tres. Si la Corte hallare justificada alguna de las tres primera causales mencionadas en el artículo anterior, decidirá sobre lo principal del pleito o sobre los capítulos comprendidos en la casación. En este caso, infirmado el fallo, puede la Corte dictar auto para mejor proveer.
