En el evento en que por sentencia judicial definitiva se declare la extinción de dominio o la devolución sobre un bien arrendado por administrador, el contrato continuará hasta el vencimiento del plazo pactado sin perjuicio de las previsiones legales y contractuales sobre terminación anticipada del contrato de arriendo. En caso de proceder la devolución física del bien, se efectuará la cesión del contrato de arrendamiento a la persona a quien se ordenó la devolución.
