Gerencia de Ingeniería de Procesos. La Gerencia de Ingeniería de Procesos es la dependencia encargada de promover la estructuración, rediseño y mejoramiento continuo de los procesos y procedimientos del Banco, para que las áreas ejecutoras y dueñas de procesos, puedan generar valor agregado adicional a los mismos. Así mismo, medir técnicamente las cargas de trabajo de la estructura del Banco, bajo el enfoque por procesos.
