Las concesiones de bosques se otorgarán únicamente para explotar productos determinados, los que se especificaran claramente en el contrato; pero el que haya obtenido concesión para ciertos productos y quiera luégo hacerla extensiva á otros, tendrá derecho preferente para que se le otorgue, siempre que lo solicite del modo ya establecido por esta Ley.
