LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.7.8.2. Manuales y protocolos de fiscalización. El Consejo Nacional de Juegos de Suerte y Azar adoptará los manuales y protocolos que deben aplicar todas las entidades territoriales que exploten, administren u operen el monopolio rentístico de juegos de suerte y azar, para el ejercicio de la función de fiscalización a que haya lugar, los cuales se sujetarán al procedimiento administrativo común y principal que establece el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo.
