Para efecto de los vertimientos de aguas al sistema de alcantarillado, deberán diseñarse y construirse redes especiales, según la siguiente clasificación de las aguas provenientes de los mataderos

Grasas

Sanguinolentas

De lavado

Parágrafo

La disposición de las aguas a que se refiere el presente artículo, en el alcantarillado o en las fuentes receptoras no podrá hacerse sin haberlas sometido a tratamiento previo, de conformidad con las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias sobre la materia.
