Tanto los organismos de fiscalización y control del Estado como el Ministerio Público, los ciudadanos y sus organizaciones, el Consejo Nacional de Cultura, el Consejo Nacional de Lectura y Bibliotecas y los Consejos Territoriales de Cultura, así como el Consejo Nacional de Patrimonio Cultural y los Consejos Departamentales y Distritales de Patrimonio Cultural, vigilarán el adecuado cumplimiento y desarrollo de esta ley.
