° Las sumas que corresponden a cada sección del país, conforme a la distribución que haga el Gobierno, serán giradas por la Nación a los respectivos Tesoreros Departamentales, Intendencias y Comisarías y Distrito Especial de Bogotá, para que sean aplicadas exclusivamente a los fines previstos en este Decreto.
